Shipping policy
Please note order processing times are different to shipping times displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the nature of our business these times may differ. Delays may be due but not limited to high volume of orders, government transport restriction or courier service problems that are outside our control.
Please Note: We roast on Thursday’s and ship on Fridays’s. Please place your order before 8am Wednesday if you would like it to be processed within the next week. All orders placed after 8am Wednesday will only be processed on the following week. We only ship once a week (Friday’s).

Now Coffee (PTY) LTD takes no responsibility for any shipments that are delayed or delivered late. The delivery times are an estimate and we have no control on the time that it takes for you to receive your item.
We take no responsibility for any deliveries to the wrong address. Please double check your shipping address on check out.
Please note: We will not accept returns on coffee as it is a perishable item.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
